Another Dumb Proposal

Reported earlier in Business Times, a board member for the Federal Department of Town and Country Planning suggested a parking charges of up to RM40 per hour should be imposed to reduce the traffic in major city here in Malaysia.

When executing a task let it be either specific like commissioning, installation, troubleshooting etc or daily routine task in your workplace, you are prone to mess with it. Below diagram illustrates how you should react when you are doing your job. 

Normally this is actually our guideline but we never realize it until you see this. Thinking back for the last 9 years of my career I actually did exactly as describes in the diagram above.
